Bazar Hai is solely a digital marketplace. We are not the owner, manufacturer, supplier, or agent of any listed product. We do not participate in payment, delivery, or return processes.
Sellers are solely responsible for accuracy of product information, product condition & safety, legality of listings, rental/sale agreements, and timely delivery/return arrangements.
Customers must verify seller identity, review all terms before agreement, make payments at own discretion, and return rented products as agreed.
Bazar Hai is not responsible for any fraud, disputes, product quality issues, payment losses, or damages between users. All transactions are at users' own risk.
0–2 reports: No change. 3–5 reports: Ranking −10%. 6–10 reports: Ranking −30%. 40% of results are high-ranked listings; 60% are diversified so newer/lower-ranked sellers also get visibility. Bazar Hai reserves the right to remove listings or terminate accounts for violations.
You agree to indemnify Bazar Hai, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, breach of these terms, or misuse.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India applicable to the registered jurisdiction of this website.
